WLA position on COVID-19 for WLA-RGF Certification

Taking into consideration the spread of COVID-19 and the related difficulties, the WLA will be extending the submission deadline for Responsible Gaming Framework certification until July 1.

As the Independent Assessment Panel works remotely, they will review WLA-RGF submissions received by the usual May 1 deadline. However, for those lotteries that are currently in the process of compiling their submission and are hindered due to the current pandemic, the WLA has extended the deadline until July 1, 2020.
