May 2021 data shows the impact of Covid-19 on gambling behaviour using operator data
We have published further data showing how the evolving Covid-19 lockdown measures have impacted online gambling behaviour in Great Britain.
The operator data reflects the period between March 2020 and May 2021, inclusive, and covers both online and, where relevant, some offline gambling operator data, noting that land-based premises have only recently been able to open since closing in December.
New service to apply for personal licences launched
Today we launched a new Apply for a PL service which brings together all applications for personal licences (PML and PFL) and Annex A approvals.
This new service makes it quicker and easier to apply for a personal licence or Annex A approval.
PML applications and Annex A approval applications must be submitted via this new service but the linked operator licence application should still be submitted using Application online.
